After a block of races before and after Christmas there has been a lot of movement in both the Mens and Womens Consistency Leagues.
For the women Claire Spencer still holds a commanding lead, but has more of a chasing pack after her now after big scores for Amy Jewell, Lucy Pearson and Erica Steele.
For the Men Charlie Duncombe has extended his lead slightly, but after a run of excellent results has Neil Martin very close behind, with Gareth Juliff closing out the top 3.

There are still lots of points to run for, with the next races up being Ryde 10, the Basingstoke XC and final XC of the Season at Bournemouth again, before the Parkrun 5k Championships and Salisbury 10m close things off.
